Volunteer in San Diego!
In January 2024, a major flood event damaged nearly 1,000 homes, leaving many residents unable to return home. Even now, 100s of families can’t reoccupy their homes because of extensive water damage.
You and your team are necessary to get people who couldn’t recover on their own back in their homes.

What to Know About Your Trip

Where You'll Stay
You’ll be staying at our housing in San Diego. A former office building that has been repurposed for dormitory style housing.
You’ll be sleeping on real beds with restrooms in the building. You and your team will be using a a mobile shower trailer for bathing.

What to Bring
When you serve with HCRN, the only thing you’ll need to bring is yourself. Our construction staff will provide every tool you’ll need to accomplish a task asked of you and your team.
We provide the beds and bedding, but you’ll need to bring your own toiletries and towels.
