You can help the community of Pajaro, California, which flooded after a levee broke.

HCRN deployed our Disaster Resource Village command center to respond to the flooding of this agricultural town. A levee broke and put nearly 3 feet of water across much of the little town. Many homes were damaged and we are still completing damage assessments.

Your donation today helps us get more families what they need to start the recovery process quickly and effectively.

In just the first two days of operation, HCRN and our partners helped 219 families. We gave out garbage bags, cleaning supplies, tarps and even air purifiers. That’s a lot of families, and there’s still so much work to do!

This first week of operation we have partnered with other organizations to get homes cleaned up. Those partners include: Team Rubicon, UMCOR, Santa Cruz Volunteer Center, LDS and several hundred volunteers who have made this work possible.

Saturday April 1, we will be hosting a community breakfast, you can help us feed flood survivors!

Thank you, as we keep helping families right now. Will you be the Beacon of Hope that helps guide them home?
