HCRN is proud to announce we have been awarded a grant from the Monterey County Storm Relief Fund of the Community Foundation for Monterey County!
HCRN deployed our Disaster Resource Village Command Center to Pajaro, California on March 24, 2023 and we have been blessed to serve so many residents whose homes were flooded with three feet of water and mud following a levee break. We have coordinated volunteers and partner organizations to assist residents with mud and debris removal from their homes, as well as hosting a community breakfast on April 1 that served over 500 meals.
This grant allows HCRN to continue being a Beacon of Hope for the residents of Pajaro. If you would like to be a part of this recovery you can donate here or volunteer here
