Hope Crisis Response Network (HCRN) and our rebuilding project, Hope City, are rebuilding homes for fire survivors who were uninsured or underinsured at the time of the fire. We will be using a mix of volunteer labor and trade subcontractors to complete these homes.<\/p>\n
HCRN is a licensed contractor in the State of California and will oversee all work completed on homes and ensure inspections will be passed so that home construction will not be delayed.<\/p>\n
