Hope Crisis Response Network is providing volunteer clean up help for those who suffered damage during the storms which swept across Indiana on Wednesday.  HCRN staff was one of the first crews on the scene after the storm, checking on the welfare of local families.  Our staff worked Wednesday night and Thursday conducting damage assessments in the area and helping families affected by the storm. HCRN Founder Kevin Cox said, "We are providing assistance to homeowners without adequate insurance coverage, including elderly and disabled individuals."

Storm damage includes:  Destroyed barns, roof damage due to wind and downed trees and a tremendous amount of damaged trees and limbs.  If you need assistance with clearing your home of debris, you can call our offices at 1-888-909-4276 or e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it

Homeowners should also be wary of tree trimming companies and home repair contractors.

Contractors should always be licensed and bonded.  "Don't be afraid to check references," Cox said, "and get a written quote."  Unlicensed and unqualified repair companies can cause even greater financial headaches for homeowners trying to recover from storm damage.

If you would like to volunteer to help in Goshen, call or e-mail today.

Hope Crisis Response Network, providing hope, help and healing.
